The program consists of audio presentations that will also provide references to the accompanying Service Transition book. Exercises, along with marking guides, quizzes will prepare participants for the Service Transition Lifecycle exam.

**PREREQUISITE** You must send or fax us your ITIL Foundation Certificate in order to participate in any of the ITIL V3 Intermediate Programs.
