This program is used to examine practices that assist in the adoption of cloud computing as part of the IT service delivery model. The focus in the program is on the high-level implementation and ongoing management issues, supported by enhanced practices for IT Service Management (ITSM)

This program is only available to those people who have already completed the Foundation and Specialist Cloud Computing programs from the Art of Service.
