This Customer Service Foundation eLearning program, together with the supporting book, will address the basics of Customer Service in a clear and convenient way, enabling you, and/or your company to build the foundation for a strong business and happy customers. The Customer Service Foundation program, is the first step on the certification pathway. Completion of the Foundation program is a prerequisite to the Intermediate programs.
