Review of The Art of Service ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle program: Service Transition

by Vanessa Thomas
The content of the training modules were very informative. It coincided seamlessly with the ITIL Best Management Practice: ITIL Service Transition manual/text book. Each module of information explained bared to "true life"; scenarios that are experienced as an IT Professional. The content delivered with the training course enhances the understanding of how Intermediate Service Transition works. I would advised to anyone seeking certification or to just understand the importance of implementing Service Transition into his/her IT Infrastructure consider The Art of Service as viable tool of instruction.
