Wondering what to expect from the e-learning programs offered by The Art of Service?

Our aim is to continually provide outstanding value to our clients, most of whom are seeking a cost-effective method to gain skills, knowledge and professional certifications. To meet these needs, we have developed two types of offerings:

  • Complete Certification Kits (consisting of a book + E-learning Program)
  • Elearning Programs
Not all programs are available in a certification kit (e.g. ITIL V3 Intermediate Lifecycle programs are not) due to the requirement of some programs for other text books.

All certification kits and/or elearning enrolments through The Art of Service are for single use by the purchaser only. The access granted is strictly for personal use and by enrolling in the class it is assumed the purchaser agrees with the terms and conditions of undertaking the program.

Please note, ALL programs provide an enrolment period of 3 months to the user, beginning when your account is enrolled into the program by our staff.

Complete Certification Kits:

The certification kits are designed to provide everything you need in order to achieve sucess gaining specific professional certifications. The books provide an ability to study off-line, while the associated e-learning programs provide supporting explanations, activities and exam preparation.

The certification kits are normally available as an e-book (digital download) or in physical print. Instructions for how to access the associated e-learning program is found inside the first few pages of the book.

This environment has been specifically designed to be flexible in delivering quality educational materials, as well as enabling collaboration within the online community.

Our educational programs (those designed to develop knowledge and help gain certification) typically include:

Exam Preparation Programs

These exam preparation programs are designed for those individuals who have already completed their training program (either online or classroom) and desire some extra preparation to help them achieve success in their exams.

All of our education programs already include exam preparation components, however these can provide some extra confidence and experience before tackling the challenging exams. As an example, our exam preparation program for ITIL V3 Foundation includes 120 multiple choice questions, designed to ensure the participant covers all the possible topics that may arise on their actual exam.
