Enrolling in programs:

All of our programs and purchase options have capabilities for self-enrolment, with instructions being sent by email, or found in the book you have purchased. If you are having difficulties enrolling in any of the programs, please make sure you have followed any instructions provided, and check your email account's junk/spam folder for any emails that might have been placed here. We have found that most of our enrolment support queries come from users sending enrolment activation emails to the wrong address, so make sure double-check the email address described to activate your enrolment. This is normally found in either the book you have purchased (e.g. our certification kits), or a downloadable PDF with the enrolment instructions.

If you still need assistance then email elearning-support@artofservice.com.au and provide the following information:

  • The program you are trying to enrol in
  • Your purchase details (confirmation of purchase from ShareIT, Amazon, Barnes & Noble etc.) Without this, we cannot enrol you in the program.
  • Your username for www.theartofservice.org that you have created.
We will seek to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, however there may be a small delay for support inquiries on weekends and holidays.

If you are experiencing difficulties with the Flash Presentations within the eLearn Programs please make sure that:

1) You have the latest version of Flash Player installed, by visiting

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

2) You check that your security settings in your web browser don't prevent these flash modules playing. There is support for these issues at the following page:

3) For users of Internet Explorer 7 : a solution involves DESELECTING "Allow active content to run files on my computer" in Internet Explorer -->Tools, Options, Advanced, Security settings.

4) If a presentation won't progress past a specific point (e.g. 35%), try deleting your temporary internet files, then refreshing your browser.
