Continual Service Improvement Exam Preparation Program


The Continual Service Improvement program is part of the Lifecycle modules of the Service Lifecycle that leads to the ITIL® Expert in IT Service Management qualification.

This program consists of 16 multiple choice 'exam style' questions, with supporting scenarios, in relation to the concepts and processes found within the CSI program.

In addition, one sample exam with marking guide is also provided.

*ALL ITIL 2011/V3 EXAMS AND COURSES MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO DECEMBER 31, 2019.
