A very useful course that I would recommend

by Paul Nielsen
This has been an excellent foundation course to help understand the knowledge and skills to apply the Lean IT methodology in an organisation. The depth of the course in some areas such as the Lean tools was a bit shallow but as a foundation course this is acceptable. A minor fault with the course was that the Audio presentations gave the impression at times of being read by a very high quality text reader. Most notably sometimes the language context was completely missed. This could be resolved by reading the transcripts myself. I felt the questions at the end of each module were of limited value. Often a question could not be answered by the modules content and some questions answers appeared to me to be wrong! To retake a question marked as incorrect, I had to exit the module and restart the module questions again.
