The Service Strategy program is part of the Lifecycle modules of the Service Lifecycle that leads to the ITIL® Expert in IT Service Management qualification.
This program consists of 16 multiple choice 'exam style' questions, with supporting scenarios, in relation to the concepts and processes found within the SS program.

*ALL ITIL 2011/V3 EXAMS AND COURSES MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO DECEMBER 31, 2019.
